    More details about the country

The Marshall Islands, alternatively known by its official names of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, or Majōl, is a sovereign country located in the central part of the Pacific Ocean. It is an independent state that consists of more than 1, 200 of Micronesia’s easternmost islands and islets that form two parallel chains of coral atolls. These chains are known as the Ratak, or Sunrise, and the Ralik, or Sunset, with the two chains lying around 125 miles apart. The nominal capital of the country is the Majuro atoll with the government offices located in the town of Delap-Uliga-Djarrit. The Republic of the Marshall Islands’ closest neighbors is Kiribati, Nauru, Wake Island as well as the Federated States of Micronesia.

The Republic of the Marshall Islands can serve as a stepping stone in attaining higher education and obtaining an academic degree. To begin with, the country provides in-depth training on a relatively wide range of subjects including Business, Management, Finance & Banking, Administration, Education, Philology, Humanities, Mathematics, and Accounting. Also, while the country does have a rather limited list of available institutions of higher education, it does compensate through having each of the universities properly accredited. This results in each degree provided to students by the institutions of higher education in the country having validity and offering an opportunity to find a suitable long-term job or to assist in having the credentials necessary to pursue further education. Furthermore, the country is a suitable location to practice foreign languages such as English as this is one of the country’s official languages including the tongue used to conduct business and provide education.
