    More details about the country

Guinea, officially known by the names of People’s Revolutionary Republic of Guinea, République de Guinée, or the Republic of Guinea, is country in western Africa. It is the birthplace of three of western Africa’s major rivers, namely the Gambia, the Niger, and the Sénégal. It is a country rich in natural resources: sources of hydroelectric potential, a large portion of the world’s bauxite reserves as well as significant amounts of gold, iron, and diamonds. Yet, despite its abundance of natural resources, Guinea’s economy largely relies on subsistence agriculture. The sovereign state shares borders with 6 other countries and one ocean: Guinea-Bissau, Senegal, Mali, Cote d’Ivoire, Liberia, Sierra and the Atlantic Ocean. The national capital’s name is Conakry and is also the country’s main port due to its location on Tombo (Tumbo) Island.

The People’s Revolutionary Republic of Guinea can serve as a stepping stone in furthering one’s education and obtaining an academic degree. To begin with, the country’s limited number of institutions of higher education offer thorough and intense training on a large variety of subjects such as Business, Management, Sociology, Political Science, Law & Jurisprudence, Economics, Logistics, Transportation Medicine, Pharmacy, Programming, Engineering, Mathematics, Tourism and Humanities. As a result, students will be able to find suitable long-term jobs in various professions without risk of having their diplomas considered invalid. Additionally, the country has moderate tuition fees, particularly when compared to countries such as Italy. The country is also an ideal location to practice French as this language is the sovereign state’s official language. This includes French being the tongue used during education courses. Guinea is also a suitable location to participate in a wide selection of volunteer programs such as Wildlife Conservation, Community Development, Healthcare, Education by teaching children foreign languages, Construction and others. It should also be noted that tuition fees in this country tend to be less costly.
